Background: Matrix Professional Services offers training and consultation for Agile methodology. The design director asked me to create some explainer videos to help sell their Agile consulting services.
Approach: I interviewed scrum masters at Matrix and gathered reference to develop scripts and visual concepts for addressing the mechanics and value of Agile Development. I then recorded voice-over independently (Pamela Kohn) and created animations.
The Scrum Mechanics animation was created as a first run prior to script development using an infographic by Trey Jones. I also created a tagline and animation to promote Matrix Professional Services.
